Wednesday Night Workout
The Wednesday Night Workout is an organized session led by RRCA Certified Coaches for runners who would like to improve their road racing performance and level of conditioning. Runners of all ages and abilities are welcome. Runners are grouped based on pace so that everyone completes the same workout but faster runners complete more rounds or repetitions, for example. The group dynamics and camaraderie of the runners result in an effective and enjoyable workout.

- Everyone and anyone is welcome to join us for our regular runs. Please be aware that our membership in RRCA requires nonmembers to sign a waiver. Waivers will be available at each run.
